Hall of Fame

To be inducted into the NAIFA-Tennessee Financial Professionals Hall of Fame is the highest honor NAIFA-Tennessee can bestow upon an individual. This honor is intended to recognize an individual(s) for a lifetime body of work. This honor should be given to a person(s) who has/have made significant contributions over an extended period of time to NAIFA-Tennessee, but may also be given to a person(s) who has/have made significant contributions over an extended period of time to a NAIFA-Tennessee Chapter or former Chapter, a NAIFA-Tennessee Affiliate, or the life, financial services, or health insurance industry in their local community, the State of Tennessee, or Nationally. The honoree(s) do not have to be a current member(s) of NAIFA, but preference should be given to those potential honoree(s) who are current members. The honor will be presented annually if a qualified candidate(s) has/have been nominated and approved by the selection committee. However, it is not required that this honor be given each year.

Members who have previously received the Insurance Professional of the Year Award or the Rhett Adams Award are already inducted into the NAIFA-Tennessee Hall of Fame. A list of past recipients is provided below.

Nominations may be made by any active member of NAIFA-Tennessee simply by submitting the name(s) of the nominee(s) below prior to the deadline for nominations. No member may nominate more than 3 potential inductees in any one year. The committee will investigate the background of the nominee(s) and will gather as much of the information as possible that will be necessary to “judge” the nomination(s) fairly.
