The YAT Leader of the Year Award is to honor a newer (40 or under or 5 years or less in the business) agent or financial advisor in Tennessee who has served the association, the industry, and the community with distinction. Nominations may be made by any active member of NAIFA-Tennessee simply by submitting the name(s) of the nominee(s) below prior to the deadline for nominations.
